Can I try isEazy Author for free?
Of course! Sign up for our free plan and enjoy a free version of our tool for as long as you want. You will have access to limited features, but you will find everything you need to start creating impressive online courses.
Do I need to provide my card details to use the free plan?
No. Getting started with isEazy’s free plan is as simple as providing your email, first name and last name. Nothing more!
Can I use isEazy Author if I have never used a tool to create online courses?
Absolutely! We have designed our tool so that any user can create e-learning content from scratch without any previous knowledge. But, if you need help, you can always take a look at our help center or send us an email to help@iseazy.com
How can I pay? What payment types do you accept?
Payment is made by card via one of the most secure international platforms: Stripe. The subscription period starts on the day you sign up and is renewed on the same day of the following month. We accept payment by both credit and debit card. If you require any other payment method, please contact us.
Are there monthly or annual billing options?
Yes. All the isEazy Author plans have monthly and annual billing options. Remember that if you choose annual billing, you can enjoy an 10% discount, as long as you pay by card through our website.
Can I switch plans or cancel my subscription?
No problem! If you wish, you can change your plan or cancel your subscription before the next billing period. This can be done in just a couple of clicks from your admin panel.
Is my data safe?
